Customer Suvey 2012
We are very pleased to say that we are on a gentle upward slope to recovery and so it is time to ask you some questions about the way forward.
We would like to ask you to tell us – if you want to – what you think and feel about some ideas for Mouse to Minx going forward. The idea of our members being ambassadors for the business has been our key strategy from the beginning in 2004.
Our website and pop-up ‘performances’ have always been received well, and this is one strand we would like to ask your opinion about.
And there are other things.
For example, right from the beginning we wanted to connect all our fans in one happy little virtual room at Minx HQ so that they could share not only Mouse to Minx stories and photos but also connect to take part in our other idea.
“What’s that?” asked Doris
“Mouse to Minx parties,” answered Daphne with barely contained excitement.
You may have heard us chatter about this before and some of you did get in touch, but as you can imagine the logistics have to be created and “the climate was not conducive” as Daphne advised me to say.
Briefly, we would invite requests from Hostesses who would arrange their own party to which we would happily toddle along and would service with music, props and importantly the stock you would like to see and buy. This would be facilitated by the social aspect of the site, as you would be able to connect with other Mouse to Minx fans in your neighbourhood, and also do your local event publicity using Facebook.
So now, your thoughts about what we should stock, whether we appear in pop-ups near you, or invite you to host your own Mouse to Minx party, would be very good to hear.
“Why now?” Prompted Daphne, impatiently.
We have successfully attracted some interest which will enable us to get back to a small level of activity near to that which we were in in 2008 when HSBC did their finest.
Our first priority has to be to work on the website, and before we do that, naturally we would like to consider your thoughts. We asked members to form a user group during the development of our first ecommerce site, and so we appreciate your input to this, our third generation website.
“Please get to the point,” muttered Daphne, rudely interrupting.We have designed a really simple and short survey, which allows you to also let us know any thoughts – or perhaps products – you would like to see, and importantly whether you think a networking function linked to arranging branded events at which Mouse to Minx can supply the entertainment and stock is something that YOU would be interested in either hosting or attending.
